NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF
FINAL CLAIMS BAR DATE FOR Notice is hereby given that the Third Judicial District Court in and for Salt Lake County State of Utah, issued an ORDER on the 27th day of July, 2006 approving a Final Claims Bar Date for all REMAINING SAIC CLAIMS* of December 28, 2006 A Final Proof of Claim, Instructions for Completing the Final Proof of Claim, and the Notice of Final Claims Bar Date were mailed to you and/or your attorney on August 10, 2006. The Final Claims Bar Date has now expired and you did not submit a Final Proof of Claim. Pursuant to the previous Notice, you will not be entitled to receive any payments from the estate of SAIC on those REMAINING SAIC CLAIMS. All previous claims and correspondence you submitted to SAIC on those REMAINING SAIC CLAIMS have now been closed. PLEASE DISCONTINUE SENDING ANY FURTHER INFORMATION ON THOSE REMAINING SAIC CLAIMS. This FINAL CLAIMS BAR DATE will not apply to any H.S. Weavers (Underwriting) Agencies, Ltd. Claims on which SAIC had participation and to which the Weavers Final Bar Date applies. This FINAL CLAIMS BAR DATE will not apply to the defendants in Case No. 20050324-CA, Case No. 2060059-CA or Civil No. 940902066 if it is determined that they have the right to file a claim in the SAIC estate.
