Premium Refunds for Unearned Premium

For policyholders that have paid premium for periods extending beyond August 30, 2003, claims for unearned premium can be directed to the affected Guaranty Association or to Wasatch Crest Mutual Insurance Company In Liquidation. All policies will cancel on August 30 unless replaced prior to that time. Wasatch Crest Mutual may conduct a premium audit to establish the amount of earned premium, if any.

If you have replaced your coverage before August 30, or if your policy cancels on that date, and you have premium owed back to you, you may contact the appropriate Insurance Guaranty Association in your state. If there is no Guaranty Association coverage for unearned premium in your state, please fill out a Proof of Claim form that can be downloaded from our web site and send it in to Wasatch Crest.
