NOTICE OF FINAL CLAIMS BAR DATE FOR ALL REMAINING SOUTHERN AMERICAN INSURANCE COMPANY IN LIQUIDATION (SAIC) CLAIMS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Third Judicial District Court in and for Salt Lake County, State of Utah, issued an ORDER on the 27th day of July, 2006, approving a Final Claims Bar Date for all REMAINING SAIC CLAIMS*.
A Final Claims Bar Date of December 28, 2006 has been set. A Proof of Claim form stating a final claimed amount for all REMAINING SAIC CLAIMS, along with all supporting documentation, must be completed and hard copy filed and received by the Liquidator of SAIC by 5:00 PM MST on December 28, 2006. All Proof of Claim Forms for all REMAINING SAIC CLAIMS must be completed according to the enclosed Instructions and filed together with ALL Supporting Documentation with SAIC addressed to the following:

Claimants with a REMAINING SAIC CLAIM who do not submit a Final Proof of Claim form stating a final claimed amount along with ALL Supporting Documentation in accordance with the enclosed Instructions so as to be received by SAIC before the Final Claims Bar Date, will not be entitled to receive any payments from the estate of SAIC on those REMAINING SAIC CLAIMS.

*REMAINING SAIC CLAIMS means all claims previously submitted to the SAIC Liquidator which have not been determined. This FINAL CLAIMS BAR DATE will not apply to any H.S.Weavers (Underwriting) Agencies, Ltd. Claims on which SAIC had participation and to which the Weaver’s Final Bar Date applies. This FINAL CLAIMS BAR DATE will not apply to the defendants in Case No. 20050324-CA, Case No. 20060059-CA or Civil No. 940902066 if it is determined that they have the right to file a claim in the SAIC estate.
